## The problem

People buy outfits. Stores sell one product page at a time. A stylist can dress the ten hero pieces by hand, not the other two thousand, and “you may also like” rows ignore colour, gender and what goes with what.

## What we built

AI reads each colourway from its photos, then plans around it the way a stylist would: what goes underneath, on the feet, as a bag or an accessory, and in which colours. It picks colours that go with the piece, not colours that match it. Each slot is filled with an in-stock piece from the same store and department, with ranked back-ups behind it. Three looks per colourway are ready before anyone asks.

## What changes

The product page shows three shoppable outfits for the colour on screen. A shopper who came for the dress can leave with the sandals and the bag too.

## How it works

1. **AI reads each colour**: Each colourway is read from its photos. The navy dress and the light blue one are styled apart.
2. **It plans three looks**: Everyday, evening and weekend: the pieces each look needs, in colours that go with the piece.
3. **Filled from your stock**: Each slot gets an in-stock piece from the same store and department, with back-ups ranked behind it.
4. **Keeps up**: Each piece is checked as the page loads. New colours get their looks as they arrive.

## What’s included

- **Three looks per colour**: Everyday, evening and weekend. Three outfits, not one outfit three times.
- **Colours that go with it**: AI picks companion colours for this variant: camel with navy, not navy with navy.
- **Right department**: A men’s jacket is never styled with a women’s skirt.

- **Back-ups per slot**: When a piece sells out, the next one in line takes its place. The look holds together.
- **Swap for a lookalike**: Shoppers can open any piece in a look and swap it for a lookalike.
