# Watches

> A watch on the shopper’s wrist at its real case size, on-model photos, and identification on the shop floor, all from one catalog. They run on any platform and share the same search and recommendation layer as the rest of Alfreya.

## Where these stores lose shoppers

- **Case size is hard to judge**: 42 mm means little until it’s on a wrist. An expensive purchase stalls right there.
- **Many references, small differences**: Dial colours, straps and sizes turn one model into a dozen variants that look the same in photos and in the case.
- **On-wrist shots for every reference**: They sell watches. Shooting a whole range is slow and expensive.
